Cenote Reposado is made from 100% Weber blue agave, grown in fertile fields in the Mexican state of Jalisco. After being harvested by hand, the agave hearts (piñas) are slowly baked in traditional brick ovens, allowing the rich and natural flavors to develop. After baking, the agaves are ground and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks using specially selected yeast. Double distillation in copper stills guarantees the purity and delicacy of tequila. After distillation, Cenote Reposado is aged for at least three months in American oak barrels, which give it subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. The production process is complemented by the use of mineral water from deep wells, which contributes to the unique taste and purity of this tequila.
