Calvados Duc de Normandie is an exceptional French apple brandy that matures in the heart of Normandy. It is produced by a strict selection of the best local apples that come from organic orchards in the Normandy region. After harvesting, the apples go through a process of natural fermentation, followed by double distillation in traditional copper stills. Aging takes place in copper cauldrons for a minimum of two years, which gives Calvados its characteristic golden color, fine texture and depth of flavor.
