Bird Valley Distillery or Pálenica vo Vtáč údolí can certainly be proud of its selection of carefully, hand-picked fruits, which are then sensitively distilled. These are all natural products to which no artificial aromas and flavorings are added. The raw materials are processed by artisanal production in limited series.
The velvety smooth distillate is the result of manual collection of thorns, which are then subjected to several distillations on a 4-stage copper column. It is bottled only after 12 months of aging.
