Bird Valley Distillery or Pálenica vo Vtáč údolí can certainly be proud of its selection of carefully hand-picked fruits, which are then sensitively distilled. These are all natural products to which no artificial aromas and flavorings are added. The raw materials are processed by artisanal production in limited series.
This rare distillate is quite rare. The first fruits ripen on the trees after 10 years. It is estimated that there are only a few hundred to a thousand original trees in Slovakia that have not undergone breeding. Fruit harvesting takes place in September and lasts for two months. Only undamaged, fully ripe fruits are added to the kvass.
