Bird Valley Distillery or Pálenica vo Vtáč údolí can certainly be proud of its selection of carefully hand-picked fruits, which are then sensitively distilled. These are all natural products to which no artificial aromas and flavorings are added. The raw materials are processed by artisanal production in limited series.
The taste of the distillate is strongly spicy, with a sweet-bitter taste. It is suitable as an aperitif or digestif after a meal.
