By founding the Bulleit Distillery, Tom Bulleit fulfilled his dream. He was inspired by his great-great-grandfather Augustus Bulleit. Tom Bulleit quit his job, risked everything, managed to revive an old Bourbon family recipe and, as he himself said, never regretted it. The shape of the dining room should remind us of the time of the War of Independence and American soldiers. Bulleit Rye Small Batch American whiskey matured for approximately 5-7 years in new charred oak barrels. The rye content in this whiskey is 95%.
