Bowmore 12 Year Old is a classic single malt whiskey from the island of Islay, known for its balanced combination of smokiness, sweetness and marine notes. Founded in 1779, Bowmore Distillery is one of the oldest in the Scottish Isles and has a long tradition of producing quality whisky.
Smell : Soft and balanced, with notes of citrus, honey and vanilla, complemented by subtle smoky and sea salt notes.
Taste : Smooth and full, with distinct notes of chocolate, honey, citrus and fine smoke. It also has hints of spice and sea salt, which adds to the complexity.
Finish : Medium long, with lingering notes of smoke, sweetness and subtle spiciness.
