Bowen VSOP is a high quality cognac made from grapes from Fins Bois, Grande and Petite Champagne and Borderies. First, grapes from different regions are fermented and distilled separately. It is done right after the harvest to preserve all the aromas of the grapes. The wine is then matured in Limousin oak barrels. This is done separately to develop different aromas in the barrels. Finally, cuvéetierung is carried out. To this end, the cellar master uses different distillates of different lengths to create a distinctive and consistent style of Bowen VSOP.
Color: copper, slightly golden.
Smell: fruity, notes of fresh fruit, hints of flowers.
Taste: expressive, harmonious, notes of fruit, notes of wood, vanilla.
