Bottega Fragranze Grappa Riserva is an exceptional grappa from Italy that combines traditional artisanal practices with innovative distillation and aging techniques. It is made from select Glera grape marcs, used in the production of Prosecco, which gives it a unique character and aroma.
Production process:
Distillation: The marc from Glera grapes is carefully distilled in traditional copper stills, which allows for the preservation and enhancement of their natural aromatic properties.
Ageing: Grappa is aged for 18 months in oak barrels that have been air-dried for at least 24 months. This process allows for the removal of unwanted tannins and enriches the grappa with complex flavor notes.
