Bottega Fragranze Grappa Riserva je výnimočná grappa pochádzajúca z Talianska, ktorá spája tradičné remeselné postupy s inovatívnymi technikami destilácie a zrenia. Je vyrobená z výberových matolín odrody Glera, používaných pri výrobe Prosecca, čo jej dodáva jedinečný charakter a arómu.
Proces výroby:
Destilácia: Matoliny z hrozna Glera sú starostlivo destilované v tradičných medených kotloch, čo umožňuje zachovať a zvýrazniť ich prirodzené aromatické vlastnosti.
Zrenie: Grappa zreje 18 mesiacov v dubových sudoch, ktoré boli predtým sušené na vzduchu minimálne 24 mesiacov. Tento proces umožňuje odstrániť nežiadúce taníny a obohacuje grappu o komplexné chuťové tóny.
