AVIATION American Gin

AVIATION gin is made in Portland, Oregon. It is lighter and milder in taste than other dry gins. Production is supervised by Master Distiller Christian Krogstad and Andrew Tice.

Aviation Gin, unlike traditional gins that have a strong juniper flavor, offers a more balanced and less dominant juniper note. This gin is known for its broader botanical profile, which includes multiple ingredients, resulting in its unique and complex taste.

• Juniper: It is present, but not as dominant as in many other gins. It offers subtle woody and earthy tones that are well balanced with the other ingredients.

• Lavender: Adds delicate floral nuances that give Aviation Gin a delicious and sophisticated touch.

• Cardamom: This spicy element adds a complex flavor layer that is felt in the background and adds depth to the overall profile.
