Predstavujeme jedinečnú edíciu Ardbeg Smokiverse,horúcu novinku z ostrova Islay, ktorá oslavuje 25 rokov klubu Ardbeg Committee a zároveň posúva limity tradície. Bola vytvorená absolútne experimentálne pomocou procesu „high-gravity mash” – menej vody, viac sladu, čo vytvorilo extrémne hustý wash a výsledný destilát s vyššou koncentráciou esterov a intenzívnejšou chuťou.
Vôňa: Tradičná ardbegovská rašelina a dym sa objavia ruka v ruke s neočakávanými sladkými tónmi – kváskový chlieb, maslové tóny, ovocie v dozrievaní (napr. melón či ananás) i jemná vanilka.
Chuť: Najskôr krémová textúra so sladkosťou muscovado cukru, vanilkového krému a ovocných kompótov. A potom… dym, soľ, koreniny – kardamóm, fenugrík, jemná chilli štipľavosť.
Dozvuk : Dlho trvajúci. Zrazu sú tu popri dymových tónoch aj jemné ovocné stopky, mravenčenie korenia a príjemná suchosť dreva, ktorú dopĺňa morské vzdušné tóny.
