Za jeho zrodom stojí Maroš Potůček, jeden z najrešpektovanejších barmanov v Európe a držiteľ ocenenia pre najlepšieho barmana Slovenska, ktorý svoje skúsenosti zbieral v prestížnom londýnskom Bar Termini. Spolu s globálnou ikonou barovej scény Martinom Hudákom povýšili našu tradičnú surovinu na tekutý luxus.
Prečo je taký výnimočný? 🌱 Lokálny terroir: Cukrová repa pochádza výhradne z regionálnych slovenských fariem. 👐 100% ruka v ruke: Každá jedna repa je ručne vybraná v čase najvyššej zrelosti, ručne umytá, očistená a nakrájaná.
