Since its inception, the philosophy of this winery, led by a woman-winemaker, has always been honesty to the craft of hand-made production and at the same time respect for nature and striving for the sustainability of its renewal, especially in its own vineyards.

From the very beginning of the winery, Agatha approached the production of its wines in the BIO mode.
Not because it's currently trendy, but because it's the only way it's right and fairest to the end consumer and at the same time to nature.
But that's not all. She did not rest on her laurels and took her approach to a higher level - she currently uses several principles specific to BIODYNAMICS!
Agatha can thus preserve her precious vineyards in top healthy form for her offspring, as a family heirloom, without the soil or vines suffering any damage resulting from wine production.
But the news is that it already has "black on white", as it currently has an official Bio certification.

The French winery is located in Westhalten and wine connoisseurs know that the iconic vineyard in particular - Grand Cru Zinnkœpflé - makes Agathe Bursin's wines a sumptuously great name.
Just for the sake of interest, this is the highest vineyard among all 51 Grand Crus in Alsace, and at the same time it is characterized by an extremely sunny location, which allows creating literally "artistic" wines - colorful, rich, full, juicy, complex... but at the same time delicate, sophisticated, fresh thanks to sufficient natural acidity, really elegant as a result. Perhaps, among other things, because they are completed by a woman's hand ♡

But thanks to the spectacular composition of the soil and great climatic conditions, similar to those in the Mediterranean, the wines from other Alsatian parcels - Dirstelberg, Bollenberg, Lutzeltal or Strangenberg - are no less interesting, i.e. locations that will be included in the Premier Cru category in the upcoming classification of Alsatian wines

Pinot Blanc Parad'Aux is processed "dry", but thanks to the specific warmer micro-chyme, it also has a small amount of residual sugar, which makes it a perfectly uncomplicated, fresh and neutral wine.
The typically full Alsatian character goes well with higher acidity, so if you're a fan of NON-aromatic varieties and sophisticated fine wines - you've just found your winner!
