AH Riise Non Plus Ultra Ambre d'Or Excellence is an ultra-premium rum from the Non Plus Ultra range, created to celebrate the rich heritage and exceptional rums of AH Riise. This rum is blended from the oldest and finest rums, which have been matured in casks of sweet French dessert wines such as Sauternes, giving it a characteristic smoothness, sweetness and complex flavour notes.
The flavour profile of this rum is characterised by notes of ripe apricots, candied fruit, vanilla and fine spices with hints of sherry and cinnamon, creating a warm and smooth finish. This rum carries the Latin phrase “Non Plus Ultra”, meaning “there is nothing better”, symbolising the absolute top of the AH Riise rums. Furthermore, each bottle is packaged in an elegant decanter, which is a feast for the eyes and makes this rum a special collector’s item.
