100% Weber Blue Agave was harvested between 8 and 12 years old in Mexico. It was first matured in American barrels for 3 years and was later transferred to French barrels, where it was aged for at least 14 months. On the tongue you can feel a spicy finish and vanilla and caramel at the beginning.
